Something Bigger shows a diverse range of international exhibitors that are active in all fields of Design.

As a visitor you will find yourself wandering from beautiful Lighting & Furniture onto fragile Ceramics and scenic Photography. A little further cutting-edge 3D-printing technology is followed by a Fabric & Pattern design exhibition… to name only a few disciplines.

Entrance

Visiting Something Bigger is totally free of charge.
Because we believe our design exhibit is something that everyone should be able to experience. You can just walk in through the gate either at the Bleekweg or the Vestdijk during our opening hours. And start your visit of Something Bigger on the Schellens Factory venue from there.

Opening hours

We are open for the general public every day from 11:00 – 18:00 during the Dutch Design Week, which takes place from 18-26 October 2025.

Or use the following addresses to find the two entrances to the venue, which are marked by our Something banners and signing:

Bleekweg 1, 5611 CZ ( this is Cafe 100 Watt – but the exhition/venue starts at their courtyard entrance )
Vestdijk 135, 5611 CB Eindhoven ( this is SIXT car rental – but our Vestdijk entrance gate is on the OPPOSITE side of the street, so in front of Sixt ).

There are paid parking spaces and parking garages within short walking distances to the venue, and also some free parking spaces within range of a longer walk.

If you use the train; the Central Station of Eindhoven is within a 5-10 min walk from our location ( basically you follow the Vestdijk untill you arrive at the former Schellens Factory.

Wheelchair

Something Bigger is easily accesible by wheelchair or walking cart. If you need any assistance please ask our staff, we will make ourselves available to help to better accommodate people with physical disabilities.

Please note; unfortunately there is only 1 accessible toilet on the venu due to it being an old factory building.

Food& Drinks

Something Bigger is supported by our lovely neighbours Cafe 100 Watt and Lucifer coffeeroasters for all your food and drinks.

Cafe 100 Watt
Here you can enjoy tasty dishes that go perfectly with their craft beers, or just enjoy a pleasant drink with a tasty snack.
Lucifer
Here they roast top quality coffee, from raw and green beans to a delicious coffee. A unique taste experience and quality, that’s Lucifer coffee.

Pets & kids

Something Bigger welcomes everybody. We are a design exhibit, so we do kindly ask pet owners to put their animal on a leash, and parents to watch their young ones, so our exhibitors and their works are respected.

Together we can prevent any accidents or mishaps. Thank you in advance !
